Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • You have purchased the service or product directly from EI NUTRITION COACHING.

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The service or product is in the same condition that you received it and has not been used or consumed beyond the initial trial period.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Services that have been fully rendered.

  • Subscription fees after the trial period has ended.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at eyali@wix.com with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will inspect the details and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at eyali@wix.com.
